Delivery Information

Flat Rate Postage
We offer Australia-wide postage at a flat rate of $8.50 regardless of the size of your order.

FREE Postage
All orders over $80 are eligible for FREE postage Australia-wide.

Please ensure that your address information is correct at the time of payment.

Delivery Times
Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of your payment being received. If paying by Credit Card or PayPal, the payment should be immediate but please note that if you are paying by bank transfer, it may take up to 3 days for us to receive your payment so keep this in mind when estimating your delivery timeframe.

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Victoria, using standard Australia Post services and delivery times will vary based on your location and peak periods.

Gab's CutieWear has no control over delivery times once the order has been shipped.

The following delivery times are estimates only and are based on our experience. Please refer to Australia Post for their official guidelines.

• VIC: 1-2 business days.
• NSW, SA: 3-6 business days
• TAS, WA, QLD: 4-10 business days
• NT: 7-14 business days

Gab's CutieWear is not liable for any lost packages but in the event that this occurs, we will assist with tracking through Australia Post.

Pre-Orders
Products that are not yet in stock or that are ordered in as required are clearly marked with the words "Pre-Order". These items usually take between 2-5 weeks to be delivered to your address and full details will be clearly stated in the description of the product.

International Shipping
Our website does not currently cater for postage outside of Australia. If you are interested in International shipping, please Contact Us and we can determine the postage options and costs for shipping to your country.
